This indemnity form is effective from the day you sign up on Art Platform and is a general agreement:

BETWEEN you, the artist

AND the gallery: ODE TO ART and its SUBSIDIARY, namely, ART PLATFORM located at
252 North Bridge Road, #01-36 E/F,
Raffles City Shopping Centre,
Singapore 179103.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Copyright. All artworks, be it paintings, sculptures, prints, photos, installations, etc, that are submitted by you to the gallery is an original and copyright work in which you hold the sole responsibility to. As the owner of the works submitted by you, you agree that the artwork is an original work of art created entirely by you; in which you have the right to publish and communicate your work to the public via the gallery for transactional purposes. In the event of the occurrence of any copyright dispute, it should be noted that The Gallery shall not be answerable and liabilities will be borne entirely by the Artist.
2. Warranty. The Artist hereby warrants that he/she created entirely the Works of Art, and possesses unencumbered title to the Artworks and have full copyright to each and all works of art, and that their depictions are true and accurate.

By ticking on the sign up page, you agree to the clauses above. You will not hold the gallery, namely Ode To Art and its subsidiary Art Platform, responsible for any copyright infringement that occurs during an unlimited time and effective from the date you sign up at Art Platform.
